Cantilan is the 2nd class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur and it is considered the ” Cradle Town” of Surigao del Sur. The Cantilan Surfing Open gives its way to showcase the province and make Cantilan to be known as one of the best surf spot in the Philippines.
