On November 30, 2008 (Sunday) at 9:00 in the morning at Royo Corner Palapuz St, Purok 2, Barangay Consuelo, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, a suspect identified as Geofrey Del Rosario, of legal age, married and resident of Port Area, Barangay Consuelo, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, allegedly fired once his cal .45 pistol.
