special CCMCLs’ Kinilaw

                  K I N I L A W 

Ingredients:

1 kilo tuna/tangigue fillets
300 grams of ginger sliced and crushed to pulp
300 grams onion chunks
3 pieces finely chopped green chili peppers (optional)
1 bottle vinegar, salt and MSG
1/4 cup lime juice (preferably "Balibajon" because of its distinct smell; locally available in Cantilan)
1 pure/nondiluted coconut milk
1 can 7Up/Sprite (secret ingredient or is it?)

How to:

Cut the fillet into diagonal slices. Place in a bowl and put a minimum amount of 7Up/Sprite, a cup of vinegar and a dash of salt. Mix thoroughly and sqeeze a handful until drained and put in a separate container.

Mix all the ingredients; tuna, a small amount of vinegar, salt, chilli pepper, onion chunks, crushed ginger, MSG, Lemon Juice (or "Balibajon") and coconut milk.

Takpi pa nan tinugna na kamote.

Enjoy your meal!

pwede na nimo hauron norm, timpla lang ug suka na daghan ug sibuyas, bawang tapos fresh tanigue..kinilaw na…hehe
